Substitution Policy
Under rare circumstances, we may substitute your order.
This may happen in the event that we are out of a product or two when you place your order. CrystalRed.eu reserves the right to make any suitable substitutions without any prior notification.
Returns Policy
We will process returns/refunds only for items bought on our web site: www.crystalred.eu
We will not accept returns if:
- Items are damaged
- Items are not in original packaging/condition
DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy
If you recevied a DOA item, take a CLEAR picture of the item (in the original packaging) and email us at info@crystalred.eu within 3 hours upon receipt.
Your claim will not be considered without the mentioned evidence.
We are not responsible once the plant or invertebrates goes into your aquariums, and we have no responsible for fish/plant/invertebrates compatibility issues.
If we consider your complaint as valid we assume 50% of the products that you get damaged
Only orders shipped via Express are covered for live arrival.
